Are you ready for summer? Vanessa Hudgens is. The actress, 32, just shared a video of herself crushing a workout at her go-to gym, Dogpound, to her Instagram Stories.

“HOT GIRL SUMMER IN FULL EFFECT 👯‍♀️🔥w/ @vanessahudgens @ggmagree #dogpound #smashcity #letsgooo,” the gym wrote in the caption of the Instagram reel. And Hudgens doesn’t appear to be messing around here.

In the video, the Princess Switch star and singer GG Magree—both in masks—work through all kinds of exercises at Dogpound. There’s Hudgens and GG doing lunges with leg weights while also doing battle ropes. Then they move onto weighted fire hydrants before spinning around while doing sliders. Finally, they do another round on the battle ropes before a celebratory end-of-workout dance.

Hudgens hasn’t been shy about showing off the results of her hard work, either. She dropped a bikini pic on Instagram earlier this week, looking fit while hanging out in the turquoise waters.

The actress has been consistent with her workouts lately. In August 2020, she shared an intense battle ropes workout on her Instagram Stories. She’s also been doing virtual Torch’d workouts, which feature dance-based, weighted movements in a 45-minute class.

Hudgens also shared a video of an intense exercise band workout in November, showing herself doing all kinds of jumps while wearing a band. After that, she did another workout while wearing ankle weights, because why not?

Hudgens previously told PopSugar that she does well in group environments. “I’m the type of person that needs to be in a class,” she says. “I need someone telling me what to do, and I love being in a group environment because I’m very competitive, so it pushes me to work harder than I would if I was by myself.”

While group classes might not be back just yet, Vanessa still has a workout buddy to keep her motivated—and extra sweaty.
