It’s hard to top Elizabeth Hurley’s Instagram selfie game. The 54-year-old model and actress regularly uses the platform to showcase the latest designs from her eponymous bikini collection—not to mention her ridiculously toned abs.

Her latest post is no different—except for the fact that it’s a video (well, three to be specific). In it, Elizabeth is wearing a bright yellow string bikini and posing next to a bike. Her simple makeup and slightly tousled hair complete the laid-back, island vacay look. In the next video, she’s pedaling away barefoot to a location that I can only imagine is sunny and tropical and glamorous (a.k.a. nothing like the winter I’m currently experiencing).

Fans were loving Liz’s beachy vibe and fit bod. “Absolutely stunning beautiful lady,” one wrote. “According to Google shes 54! Clearly Google is lying,” wrote another. And, of course, there were plenty of 😘 emojis in response.

Instead of spending hours in the gym toning and working out, the fashion designer is known for being all about found fitness. For example, she previously told Women’s Health that she does squats every morning while she brushes her teeth and then takes her dogs on a 30-minute walk every morning. Or, ya know, she hops on a bike down a dirt road in the Maldives.

But almost equally important to Elizabeth as getting in her daily exercise is that she does the majority of it outside. “Fresh air frees you of all tension,” she told Women’s Health.

Elizabeth also shared with Extra that gardening is her main form of exercise, like “cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active.”

In addition to making sure she gets her heart rate up throughout the day, Elizabeth makes sure to eat well. Her meals are primarily plant-based and include “lots and lots and lots” of vegetables—locally grown, if possible.

And hey, based on Liz’s bikini selfies, she seems to know what she’s talking about.
