- Lindsey Vonn, 36, shared her at-home evening workout in a new series of Instagram stories.
- The retired ski racer completed weighted lunges and squats before hopping on a spin bike.
- Lindsey showed off her toned bod head to toe and the sweat dripping off her chin.
Lindsey Vonn, 36, doesn’t let things like retirement or a global pandemic get in the way of training like the elite athlete she is.
She squeezed in an intense at-home strength training session last night right in her living room. (Or what looks like her living room with the TV on, multitasking like a pro.) Lindsey shared snippets of her workout with the text, “Evening at home workout 💪🏻”
And, Lindsey certainly flexed her way through all the tough moves. She completed weighted lunges using an ottoman and weighted squats. Then, Lindsey hopped on the spin bike and really sweated it out. She recorded a video to document the stream of sweat pouring off her face with the text, “chin drip 🤷♀️”
Naturally, Lindsey wore a sports bra and pair of cutout leggings from her latest Project Rock x Under Armour collection. Her ‘fit does a pretty darn good job of highlighting all her strong muscles, butt, back, and everything. (FYI the fabric boasts superior sweat-wicking ability, which definitely came in handy for the ski champ.)
Incredibly, Lindsey’s legs were ready to hit the slopes the next day. She posted snaps from her powder day exploring Deer Valley in Utah following her workout.
By the way, Lindsey’s just as dedicated to working on her mental strength as she is to her physical strength. “I like feeling strong, and when I feel physically strong, I feel so much more mentally strong,” she previously told Women’s Health. “When I work out, I feel like I’m healthier and more confident.”
Based on her latest sweat sesh, Lindsey doesn’t need a gym for her strong bod or strong mindset.
