- Vanessa Hudgens, 32, just dropped a series of pics and a video of herself working the dance floor while wearing a gorgeous, barely-there dress in bold shades of purple, pink, and red.
- The actress shakes her hips and sashays with a friend, all while clutching a drink in one hand (impressive!).
- She squeezes in six sweat sessions a week, usually in the mornings, and—no shocker here—they’re heavy on music and dance.

ICYMI, Vanessa loves dancing—loves it. Vanessa previously told Women’s Health that she squeezes in six sweat sessions a week, usually in the mornings, and—no shocker here—they’re heavy on music and dance.
At the gym, Vanessa likes to cycle through different options, including ballet, yoga, and Pilates. “Working out is like moving meditation. I feel you can work through things better in movement than being stagnant,” she told WH.
During the height of pandemic lockdown, Vanessa did a bunch of virtual Torch’d workouts with instructor Isaac Calpito, which incorporate dance-based, weighted movements. Vanessa is also big into Forward Space, which is a workout that incorporates cardio dance, athletic training, and moving meditation.
Pre-pandemic, she shared a snapshot of herself doing some choreography in a studio as part of the program.

Before #gymlife became a little more difficult, Vanessa was all about SoulCycle. “Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I’m happy,” she told WH. “It’s like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good.”

In between all that dancing, Vanessa squeezes in intense-looking workouts sessions at celeb-loved gym, TheDogpound. Hey, gotta train to be that good on the dance floor….
