January Jones, 43, is still soaking up the summer sun and living it up poolside. And she’s sharing her super cute sun time with her IG followers. In her latest Instagram post, her outfit is on point. She is rocking a peachy lemlem bikini top and matching bottoms, a cute Cupshe button-up shirt as a coverup, and APERÇU Eyewear square sunglasses, accessorized with stacked necklaces.

“If only boring people are bored, I fear I may be boring,” she captioned the pics. One follower commented, “Boring never looked so good tho.”

Speaking of looking good, January’s strong bod is also on point. The Mad Men star’s abs are oh so toned. She clearly puts them to work in barre and Pilates classes.

“I wanted to do something for my posture and core strength,” she told Shape. “Two or three years ago I started doing barre classes, and after that I took regular private Pilates lessons.”

Specifically, January is a fan of Lagree Pilates.

“Then a friend told me about Lagree Pilates,” she continued. “I’ve been doing it two to four times a week for the past year now, and I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle. I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked…There are 10 of us in the class, and I like having women on both sides of me to push me,” she said.

And she also loves yoga. In April she shared a pic of herself practicing poolside, pulling off an impressive handstand with celeb yoga instructor Kirschen.

As for her diet, it is all about balance. And she loves to cook. “I don’t deprive myself of anything. If I want something—steak, a bagel—I’ll eat it,” she told Shape. “I love to cook for my son and me. For dinner, we like salmon with french fries, and we make pasta frequently. We try to have lots of green veggies.”
