The rumors have been swirling for a few weeks: the longtime friendship between Kourtney Kardashian and Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker had evolved into a romantic relationship. And now, the eldest Kardashian sister has made it Instagram-official in the most Kardashian way: with the focus on a fabulous manicure.

On the evening of Wednesday, February 16, Kardashian posted a photo to her Instagram grid without any caption (because it speaks for itself, really). The image is a close-up of two hands, fingers intertwined in a loving grip. The hand closest to the camera is covered in Barker's instantly-recognizable tattoos, like a scorpion and the word "Nobody." It's held by Kourtney's in such a way that we get a clear glimpse of her current nail art.

Valentine's Day may have passed, but her manicure definitely seems appropriate for the occasion — that occasion being both the holiday and the announcement of her new romance. It's a French manicure with red, heart-shaped tips, the points of each one softened by an oval finish. The base appears to be a perfect beige-nude match for her skin tone.

A little digging on Kim Truong's Instagram grid shows that she's the nail artist behind this mani (like so many of Kardashian's manicures), and she used The GelBottle Inc shades Marshmallow and Candy to achieve the two-tone look.

We're very happy for Kardashian and Barker and hope both her manicure and relationship are long-lasting.
