Nikki and Brie Bella are a tag team when it comes to losing weight postpartum.
The Total Bellas twins, 37, gave birth within a day of each other last summer and are now working together to "stay on track" with their post-baby body goals.
Nikki and her fiancé, Artem Chigvintsev, welcomed son Matteo on July 31, while Brie and her husband, Daniel Bryan, welcomed their second child, son Buddy Dessert, one day later on Aug. 1.
Both Nikki and Brie shared on Sunday that they are going on a fitness journey together by doing things like running, yoga, a Whole30 diet and more to tone up.
"If you are anything like me you need a workout buddy to help you stay on track…..thank goodness for @thenikkibella 🥰 we don't only go on fun adventures in wine but also in health," Brie shared on Instagram alongside makeup-free photos of the twins drinking post-workout smoothies. She added hashtags for "running," "yoga," "whole30" and "baby weight loss journey."
Brie added, "This January we've been helping each other eat clean, eliminate sweets and get back in the gym. #SisterSunday vineyard run and shake makin'."
Nikki shared the same photos along with a shot of Brie's daughter Birdie Joe, 3, sipping on a small smoothie.
"This #sistersunday was alcohol free," the former Dancing with the Stars contestant said. "Day 2 on the 5K app through the vineyards and a whole 30 shake after… with a lil Birdie sprinkled on top ☺️😋👯♀️👧🏼🥤."
Nikki also shared a cute photo of herself with baby Matteo as she held him for a stroll. "Mama + Teo vineyard walks," she captioned the moment.
Nikki and Brie have previously spoken out about the societal pressure for moms to quickly lose weight after giving birth.
"It's such bulls—," the sisters said on Ashley Graham's Pretty Big Deal podcast in December.
Nikki added, "It messes with you, 'cause [people are] like, 'But how is she?' Literally, someone the other day was like, 'Gosh, she's still big!' and I was like, 'Excuse me?' "
In a recent interview, Nikki revealed she hired a "life coach" to help her gain confidence in her post-baby body regardless of weight loss.
"She makes me grab parts of my body I don't like and I say, 'Thank you for creating Matteo and making him healthy,' and appreciating and loving my body," she told SheKnows in the Self-Care Digital issue. "And it is weird how, slowly, you start to love it."
