If you're been patiently waiting to purchase Clorox's disinfecting wipes again, now's your chance.
The wipes, along with many other disinfecting and sanitizing products from major brands, disappeared off shelves (in stores and virtually) at the start of the coronavirus pandemic in March 2020. Most popular products have since remained hard to find, but recently there's been a slow restock of disinfectant products on Amazon — including Clorox's Disinfecting Bleach Free Wipes.
The wipes come as a pack of three in sealed, to-go pouches that can easily be stored in your bag or car. According to the brand, they can kill 99.9 percent of viruses and bacteria like staph, E. coli, MRSA, salmonella, and strep. Clorox's disinfecting wipes are also on the United States Environmental Protection Agency's list of approved cleaners that kill SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. You can use them on various surfaces like wood, stainless steel, and granite.

With nearly 37,500 five-star ratings, the Clorox wipes have zoomed up to the number one spot on Amazon's best-sellers list in the household disinfectant wipes category since the restock. Customers rave that they "smell great," stay moist, and are convenient for travelling.
Currently, these are the only Clorox wipes that are fully in stock on Amazon, so they're likely to sell out soon. The brand's CEO and chairman, Benno Dorer, told Reuters in August that shoppers can expect to see more wipes come back in stock early this year.
If the wipes disappear before you add them to your cart, don't fret — there are other options available at the retailer. Amazon's private health and wellness brand, Solimo, also has disinfecting wipes available, and some Lysol wipes have even been restocked (but most are currently backordered).
