  • Gabrielle Union, 48, is kicking off another Wade World Tour with an epic bikini dance video on Instagram.
  • In the clip, Gab shows off her toned butt, legs, and abs while wearing a string bikini and twirling around a yacht deck. It’s a total vibe.
  • The actress works hard for her strong bod, relying on strength training, cardio intervals, and regular workouts.

Gabrielle Union, 48, recently announced that she’s off “globe-trotting” with her husband, Dwyane Wade, and it looks like she’s having the best time. Just a day after she shared a series of makeup-free selfies with Dwyane on Instagram, she dropped a video of herself dancing on a yacht in a bikini, as one does.

“Dancing to the beat of my own drum 💃🏾 And so it begins #WadeWorldTour2021 #FamilyEdition,” Gabrielle captioned the video, which features her dancing and spinning around to “What a Fool Believes” on the deck of a huge yacht. There are so many things to be amazed about in this video—the yacht! The vibe! The gorgeous scenery!—but it’s next-to-impossible to miss the fact that Gabrielle looks stunning. Her booty, legs, abs—everything—look so toned in her string bikini, and people clearly noticed.

“Beautiful Queen,” one person said. “😮😮😮😍😍,” another chimed in. And, naturally, her comments were flooded with fire emojis.

Of course, Gabrielle didn’t get that body-ody-ody by accident. The 48-year-old previously told Women’s Health that she does about three 50-minute workouts a week, with a heavy focus on full-body strength training moves. Each session, she says, has about six minutes of cardio, with three sets of two-minute cardio intervals. “I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill,” she said. “Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes.”

Gab’s also big on exercises that tone her legs and butt, and it shows. “There are some old faithfuls I’ve been doing my whole life: squats and lunges,” she said. “They’ve never really failed.”

Still, the Bring It On alum said she’s open to trying new things—it’s just unlikely she’ll stay with them. “As the workout phases come and go, I’ll try everything,” she previously told WH. “Nothing, not one thing, has stuck. I’ve tried kickboxing, cardio barre, I’ve tried a SoulCycle class…I’m not a class person.”

One thing Gabrielle is big on, though, is mixing stuff up. “The beauty of my workouts are that they change every session and day. It really depends on my mood, what my scenes are like action-wise,” she said. “Basically I try to stay as flexible as possible [so] I don’t get too bogged down.”

While Gabrielle is dedicated to her fitness, she doesn’t deprive herself. While she told WH that she’s gluten-free and dairy-free, she also said she’s more than OK with having what she wants when the mood strikes. “I’m gonna have a margarita—I’m not gonna get the ‘skinny margarita,’ I’m gonna get the one with all the frickin’ calories,” she said. “I’m gonna have a cheeseburger, I’m gonna have a pound of bacon, and then, maybe, the next day, I’ll try to pull it together. But I try not to be too crazy with it.”

Yassss.
