If you’re in need of some #fitspo, then Gabrielle Union’s Instagram is the perfect place to go. The actress, 48, is dedicated to sharing her fitness journey and often posts pictures of her in-tense works and results. In her latest post, Gabrielle blessed fans with new photos of her very toned self emerging from a Miami swimming pool, six-pack and all.

“Miami Dayzzz #FBF 📸 by @aprilbellephotos,” she captioned the snaps, and set the location as “Me Doing Me.” Fans were super supportive in the comments, including one guy Gabrielle knows pretty well.

To get those sculpted abs, Gabrielle relies on three 50-minute workouts every week. Six minutes is dedicated to cardio intervals. “Cardio could be jumping jacks, running up my driveway, side shuffles like I used to do in basketball, an elliptical, treadmill, or sled pushes,” she previously told WH. “I like to mix it up so I don’t get anxiety staring at the treadmill.”

As far as strength training goes, Gabrielle is all about basic lower-body moves, like squats and lunges. “They’ve never really failed,” she says. “You can do those anywhere. I keep a resistance band in my backpack that I bring to work every day. I can just do side shuffles and leg lifts and squats with the resistance band.”

Sometimes, she adds dumbbells or uses her bodyweight. “Basically I try to stay as flexible as possible so I don’t get too bogged down,” she says.

Gabrielle keeps her fitness goals super relatable, too. “I get to work out my aggression, my fears, my anxiety before I get to work or before my daughter wakes up,” she says. “It brings me a level of peace that I wouldn’t otherwise have. I know when I don’t get my workout in, I notice it the most in my mood. I tend to have a lot more patience after I’ve worked out.”
