Bonding over their babies! Holly Marie Combs has enjoyed watching Shay Mitchell and Troian Bellisario take on new roles as mothers.

“[They] have become really close in their momhood,” the Charmed alum, 46, exclusively told Us Weekly on Monday, August 17, while promoting her “Pretty Little Wine Moms” podcast. “They both have the babies that have names that start with A, which I think is a little too on the nose [to the Pretty Little Liars’ villain], but whatever. They’re super sweet, look super happy and it’s amazing to watch them grow from these highly ambitious young women to now be highly ambitious working moms.”
The Clara star, 34, became a mom first in October 2018, welcoming daughter Aurora, now 22 months, with Patrick J. Adams. The following year, the Béis Travel creator, 33, gave birth to her and Matte Babel’s daughter, Atlas, now 9 months.
‘Pretty Little Liars’ Cast: Where Are They Now?
In June, Mitchell exclusively told Us that she has Bellisario “on speed dial” for motherhood advice. “She’s so incredible with everything that she does, but especially in the mother role,” the Dollface alum explained at the time.
Mitchell went on to share the Los Angeles native’s tips, telling Us, “Go with your gut and to not pay attention to anything else. That’s truly something that I live by. If it feels right, then that’s what I do and I don’t second guess myself.”
Mitchell is raising a “ridiculously cute” daughter, Combs gushed to Us on Monday. “I tell [Mitchell] it’s not a real baby, it’s like an animatronic because her baby’s perfect.”
The Picket Fences alum has three children of her own — Finley, 16, Riley, 13, and Kelley, 11 — and enjoyed speaking with Bellisario about parenthood on the second episode of her podcast.
“What’s remarkable about both of them is that they’re just still so gracious and so appreciative of the show,” Combs told Us of her former costars. “Like, [the] walk down memory lane was actually really exciting for them to do. And [during the super fan quiz show] … Troian got so competitive she put her hands down, she put her blinders on and she was ready to go.”

The California native hosts the podcast alongside Nia Peeples and Lesley Fera and told Us, “It’s been a lot of fun [recording episodes] during this crazy time [amid the coronavirus pandemic]. It gave us something to look forward to.”
