- LeAnn Rimes, 38, just showed off her abs and how she keeps them strong in a new Instagram workout video.
- The singer completes her speedy routine in her dressing room with minimal equipment.
- LeAnn typically works out four days a week and is always prepared to squeeze in a bodyweight workout.
LeAnn Rimes, 38, blew people away last week when she dropped a few bikini pics of herself, looking super fit. And now, she’s sharing a BTS peek at what she’s been up to in the fitness department.
In a new Instagram Story video, LeAnn can be seen doing a series of intense-looking moves. “I did it! Dressing room workout,” she wrote in the caption. She admitted her motivation was low initially, but she clearly powered through.
In the first video, LeAnn does a round of pushups with side twists (note to self: do that) while showing off her defined abs. Then, she’s on to doing a series of leg lifts combined with weighted ball slams—and, again, you can see some serious abs. LeAnn moves on to tricep dips in a chair in her dressing room, before doing reverse squats with her rear foot elevated on an armchair while holding the ball on her shoulder. Get it, LeAnn!
Clearly all that hard work is paying off, because LeAnn has been dropping bikini pics like it’s her job lately. Evidence A:

LeAnn has been talking up her workouts for years. She even shared her own “tight tush Tuesday” workout on her blog back in 2017 that’s heavy on straps and dumbbells.
LeAnn previously told Us Weekly that she works “pretty hard” on her butt. She and her husband Eddie Cibrian also like to take SoulCycle classes together, hike, and walk around their neighborhood. Leann said she also exercises about four days a week, and she’s done plenty of dressing room workouts. “I take a jump rope with me everywhere I go, so it’s easy to do and easy to do bodyweight workouts in my dressing room,” she said.
Of course, LeAnn doesn’t look that amazing from dressing room workouts alone. She previously told Women’s Health that she tries to find a balance between healthy eating and having other foods. “Sometimes nourishment is the cake, the chips, the pizza, and the mac and cheese,” she said. Preach! LeAnn starts her day with a green smoothie, and tends to eat leftovers for lunch. Dinner is usually some kind of bowl, using cauliflower as a base. That’s topped with a protein like marinated and baked tempeh or grilled chicken, and tons of greens and veggies.
Seems to be working out just fine for her!
