This isn’t the first time A-Rod has posted about his training sessions. He used to regularly work out with his former partner Jennifer Lopez, and share clips to his socials, from a boxing workout to a sled push to a quarantine at-home session. Of course, A-Rod’s renewed commitment to pursuing his fitness goals this year may or may not have anything to do with his recent split from J-Lo, but one thing is for certain: you can’t fault the energy the guy is bringing to his workouts.
