Vanessa just dropped a series of photos and a video of herself trekking through someplace gorgeous. In all of them, Vanessa can be seen wearing a wide-brimmed straw hat and hiking boots with her suit, and she’s carrying a backpack of gear during her travels. It’s also hard to miss the fact that her legs and abs look super toned.

Of course, Vanessa works hard for that body. She regularly drops videos into her Instagram Story of herself working out at the Dogpound alongside her trainer, Julia Brown.

The High School Musical star told Women’s Health back in 2018 that she exercises six days a week, and prefers to bring a friend along for the ride. “To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream,” she said. “I reach out to friends to hold me accountable.”

Vanessa has stayed busy during the pandemic, doing virtual danced-based Torch’d workouts that are led by trainer Isaac Calpito. She’s also into exercises that target several areas of her body at once, like an intense battle ropes workout she dropped into her Instagram Stories in August.

Vanessa knows a good resistance band workout when she sees it, too. She shared a video in November of herself doing all kinds of squats and jumps with Brown, followed by weighted exercises to target her booty.
