It’s Leo season, and Dua Lipa, 25, is living it up. She’s glowing in picture after picture on her Instagram, from trips abroad to hanging out with her fellow pop star friends (hello, Charli XCX!).
In her latest post, the singer is doing all that in a string bikini. Her six-pack abs are the clear star of the photo. She’s wearing a glittery, striped string bikini with a bright button down shirt as a cover-up and some cute hoop earrings. It’s totally a look—and so are the “Levitating” songstress’ super strong abs.
Dua picked a super pretty caption for her photos, too: “° 𐐪𐑂 ♡ 𐐪𐑂 ₒ 𐐪𐑂 ♡ 𐐪𐑂 °” Fans were blown away by the surprise photoshoot. “QUEEN😍,” one fan wrote, while another commented “🔥🔥🙌.” Someone else stuck with another simple set of emojis, “🧿👄🧿.”

Dua’s schedule is packed with tons of rehearsals, natch. But, the star does a lot more than dance to stay in shape.
Her workouts usually start around 8:30 a.m., she told Refinery29. “Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right,” she said.
If she has time throughout the day or before a performance, Dua might also throw in a few quick high-intensity interval training sessions, she told Vogue back in 2017. “It’s high-intensity interval training, but it’s so quick, it’s over before it’s even started,” she said. Her go-to moves range from jumping jacks to mountain climbers to burpees.
On top of all of that, the “Levitating” songstress is a big fan of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Of course, her rehearsals are part of her workouts, too. “I like to leave my cardio workout to dancing.” Dua also likes to meditate for a half hour before she goes to bed “for that added wind-down,” she told Refinery29.

As for her diet, Dua mixes up her meals based on her schedule for the day. Breakfast is usually something on the go, but not until after she’s made her morning cup of tea. For dinner, Dua switches it up. “I love cooking,” she says. “I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area.”
“With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life,” she told Refinery29.
Noted. And clearly, I need to break out my dancing shoes.
