Now that we’re in August, you’ve really got to get in all the bikini selfies you can before the weather turns cooler. Well, Sofia Vergara recently dropped a photo that just about melted down Instagram.
The pic is pretty simple. In it, the Modern Family alum is wearing a gorgeous pink string bikini. Her hair is loose and flowy, and her abs look amazing.
People pretty much fell over themselves in the comments, and fair. “😍 How is it possible to be this stunning?! 🔥” wrote Emily Skye. “Do you need a pool boy? I’m available,” someone else wrote.

Sofia, 49, goes for it at the gym. Her trainer, Jennifer Yates, told Marie Claire that Sofia likes to walk on the treadmill at a high incline. “She doesn’t like to run, sometimes she’ll get on the spin bike for 15 minutes, but she prefers to walk on a high incline,” she said.
Sofia is also a consistent exerciser, doing five to seven days a week of workouts, Yates said. “We rotate with Sofia,” she said. “We have days in between when she rests. If you exhaust the muscles, you’re more prone to getting injured.”
And she also knows the power of strength training. “Twice a week we’ll do butt exercises because that’s the area she really loves to focus on,” Yates said. “A couple times, we do upper body and abdominals.”
Sofia is big on planking, too. “Crunches are great,” Yates said. “During red carpet season we do a lot of upper body and abs—planks are also great.”
And she gets in some solid exercise at her place. She previously told Women’s Health that her husband Joe Manganiello, “built a very nice gym in the house, so I don’t have any excuses.”
BTW: Sofia is also a fan of the Megaformer machine, which she calls “an advanced Pilates machine” that lets her focus on cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility, all at once.
