  • Simone Biles has been soaking up tons of pool time and showing off her bikini style after returning from the Olympics.
  • The gymnast shared a new mirror selfie wearing another adorable bikini, a pale blue set, and showed off her super strong bod.
  • Simone previously told Women’s Health that she usually spends five or six hours a day training at the gym, and she has an insane 11-round abs routine that keeps her core chiseled.

Ever since she’s been home from the Tokyo Olympics, Simone Biles has been completely crushing the Instagram bikini game. And she just shared a new one that’s everything right before she heads out on vacay.

In the pic, the G.O.A.T. gymnast models a gorgeous baby blue tie-front bikini in her mirror. Even with the slightly dark photo, her abs, legs, arms—everything—looks ridiculously toned.

Simone’s been practically living in a bikini since the Olympics, and she’s shared plenty of evidence on Instagram.

There are many more mirror selfies snapped around her house, poolside lounging pics, and other photos showing off her super strong bod from all angles.

And a slew of others shared on her Instagram Stories. But the 24-year-old didn’t get those jaw-dropping muscles from hanging poolside all day—she works for them and her many medals. She told Jimmy Fallon earlier this year that she works out six days a week, and usually incorporates two-a-days. “I do have Sundays off,” she said.

She’s not just clocking in and out at the gym: Simone previously told Women’s Health that she spends five to six hours a day training.

As for those abs… Simone’s teammate and buddy Jordan Chiles shared with Popsugar in June what the two do for abs work and—whew—it’s intense. I’m talking 11 rounds (not a typo) of various abs exercises, including supermans, straddle V-ups, scissors, and hollow holds from all different angles. For example, rounds one and two include: hollow pulse for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, v-up for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, superman pulse for 20 reps, and superman hold for five seconds.

In addition to flipping, twisting, and all of the other mind-boggling gymnastics feats Simone does regularly, she also does some serious cross-training. Simone told WH before the 2016 Olympics that she swam almost a mile twice a week, and then ran afterward. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard,” she said.

The year before that, she said, she and her teammates would “bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”

Simone eats healthy, too, but she’s not obsessive over her diet. “I do not track anything,” she previously told Women’s Health. “I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I’m always at the gym.” That means having a protein shake in the morning, cooking chicken or salmon on the grill, and having plenty of veggies. Her faves include asparagus, broccoli, carrots, corn, green beans, peas, and potatoes.

Can someone get this gal a modeling contract already?
