- Dr. Pimple Popper shared two videos in celebration of Father’s Day Sunday.
- The first featured a huge cyst on a man’s back that contained tons of dark, thick gunk.
- The second, featured “the masked man” who had blackheads underneath his eyebrow.
Dr. Pimple Popper is always down to celebrate holidays (remember her St. Patrick’s Day cyst from a few months ago?). Well, apparently she’s really into Father’s Day too, because she shared two videos on Instagram in honor of dads.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD dedicated the first to “all those great Dads out there who give us such great cysts!” Sweet, right? But once you click through the sensitive content warning, you’re greeted with an image of a ginormous cyst on a man’s back.
The video cuts to the cyst being cut open, with Dr. Pimple Popper snipping and pulling away with her scissors and tweezers. She dabs at it a little and then starts squeezing out some seriously thick, dark-colored gunk. “Big ribbon!” she exclaims. She needs two pieces of gauze to pick up the stuff, before going in for more.
The doctor keeps on squeezing and squeezing, while more gunk than you could possibly imagine continues to pour out. It’s gross, it’s fascinating, and, tbh, it’s everything you could ever want from a Dr. Pimple Popper video.

But Dr. Pimple Popper gets it: Not everyone loves cysts—which is why she shared yet another Father’s Day video, this time of a ton of blackheads on “the masked man.” Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video “another Father’s Day GEM.”
In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper takes her comedone extractor and immediately starts working on some small blackheads under a man’s eyebrow. It’s a pretty PG-rated video, watching Dr. Pimple Popper extracting the man’s eyebrow blackheads, but it’s undeniably satisfying to watch.
Idk about you, but I can’t wait to see what Dr. Pimple Popper has in store for the next big holiday (it’s Fourth of July, so i’m guessing lots of fireworks).
