Before and after! Jamie-Lynn Sigler gave a glimpse of her post-baby body progress 15 months after welcoming her second son, Jack.
“This was 5 months postpartum.. and then the second photo was in January,” the Sopranos alum, 37, captioned Monday, April 15, Instagram photos posing in activewear. “I do strength training 2-3 times a week on a rug in my home. That’s it. Also, it is NOT about being skinny. I could care less. This hard work is what keeps all my professional and personal dreams alive.”

The actress added: “I have MS and I am still strong.”
Sigler opened up about her multiple sclerosis diagnosis in January 2016 and said she’d been struggling for 15 years.
“I want to live my truth,” the Wise Girl author said at the time. “I don’t want to hold a secret where it feels like I have something to be ashamed of or I have something to hide.”
Her goal in sharing was to “change people’s ideas of what this disease means to them and possibly give people hope that it’s not the end,” Sigler said. “In my lifetime I think there really will be a cure and my doctor tells me that all the time. And I don’t think he’s telling me that just to feel better.”
Three years before this announcement, the New York native and her then-fiancé, Cutter Dykstra, welcomed their first son, Beau. Jack arrived in January 2018.
“Both mommy and baby are great!” Sigler’s rep told Us Weekly at the time, adding that the baby boy weighed in at eight pounds and four ounces.
The new mom and the athlete, 29, tied the knot in 2016. In her vows, “Jamie talked about how when they first met, she would go out more than she cared to, just to try and run into Cutter,” a wedding guest told Us exclusively at the time. “They were both laughing and tearful at the same time. It was beautiful and heartfelt.”
