A new study has shown that just one Burger a day is really able to provoke a heart attack. Regular consumption of red meat increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases by increasing the level of organic component called trimethylamine N-oxide (TMAO), which is produced in the intestines during digestion. This component provokes cardiovascular diseases, and eating red meat ratio is increased 10 times.
