According to the study, the results of which were published in the journal Circulation, skipping Breakfast leads to heart problems in men – in particular, it increases the risk of coronary heart disease. Researchers found that among those who never eat Breakfast, your risk of coronary heart disease is 27% higher than those who eats in the morning their breakfasts.
The authors, employees of Harvard University, analyzed data on men’s health collected over 16 years. During this period, scientists studied how to change the health of the participants, 27 of thousands of male doctors aged 45 to 82 years. It turned out that during the study among the participants there were more than a thousand cases of coronary heart disease, although the beginning of the experiment, none of the volunteers did not suffer from cardiovascular diseases.
The study showed that heart disease in men leads to skipping Breakfast. Scientists have found that men that skip Breakfast are more likely to have bad habits. For example, skipping Breakfast was typical for smokers and inactive people. Also among them were more workaholics and heavy drinkers.
